How do I schedule service?

What is the difference between power washing and soft washing?
Power washing uses higher-pressure water for durable surfaces such as concrete and certain masonry. Soft washing uses lower pressure combined with specialized cleaning solutions and is generally better suited for siding, roofs, and more delicate surfaces.
How often should I have my house professionally cleaned?
For many homes, an annual cleaning is a good starting point. Properties exposed to heavy shade, moisture, trees, or other environmental buildup may benefit from more frequent service.
Can you remove mold, mildew, algae, and stains?
Yes. We use surface-appropriate cleaning methods to address common organic growth and buildup.
Can you clean my driveway and walkways?
Yes. We clean concrete, pavers, walkways, patios, steps, and other appropriate hard surfaces.
Do I need to move my outdoor furniture?
Customers should move small or delicate items away from the work area whenever possible. We can discuss larger items during the estimate.
Do you need to access my water?
In most cases, yes. If a water source isn’t available, let us know when requesting an estimate so we can determine whether an alternative setup is possible.
What happens if it rains on my scheduled service day?
Weather can affect exterior cleaning. If conditions aren’t appropriate for safe or effective service, we’ll contact you to reschedule.
Do you handle small projects?
Yes. We work with customers on projects of varying sizes, subject to availability and scope.
Do you work with property managers and commercial properties?
Yes. We can provide recurring and one-time services for commercial properties, multi-unit properties, municipalities, and property management companies.
Do you offer recurring maintenance plans?
Yes. Recurring maintenance can be customized based on the property and services required or selected from the options listed under our “Residential Services” tab.
Can you prepare a property before painting or other construction work?
Yes. Surface preparation and cleaning can be incorporated into larger maintenance or construction projects when appropriate.
