Complimentary House Wash for Every Buyer
Every new homeowner referred by a participating Realtor receives a FREE house wash from PM Construction Services.
Initial Term – All memberships require a minimum 12-month commitment.
Automatic Renewal – Memberships automatically renew unless canceled with 30 days written notice prior to renewal.
Early Cancellation – If canceled before completing the initial 12-month term, member agrees to pay the difference between services already rendered at retail pricing and membership payments received.
Missed Appointments – Members who decline or miss more than two scheduled service appointments may have services deferred until the next maintenance cycle.
Weather Delays – Services may be rescheduled due to weather, safety concerns, water restrictions, or other conditions beyond our control.
Property Conditions – We reserve the right to refuse or modify service if property conditions present safety concerns or require additional labor beyond standard membership coverage.
Service Substitutions – If a service included within the membership package is not applicable to a particular property, we may subsitute that service with another service of equal value from our available service offerings.
Transferability – Memberships remain with the enrolled property and are not transferable without written approval.
